Hailing from Irvine, California, Shannon earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science at San Diego State University. After buying her first home at 28, Shannon realized that just one property purchase could amplify a person’s net worth, unlocking new opportunities that could support them in fulfilling their dreams. Being a real estate agent allows her to help others do the same and reach a level of wealth they hadn’t thought possible.
