"The journey was worth the destination! Shannon with Shannon Paul Realty went ”way out of the box” to try to match my dream of owning a home in Long Beach, specifically in Naples. We searched for several weeks and had an open discussion about owning a duplex that could provide additional income and or support my mortgage payment. Honestly, a duplex was not my first option, but as we “checked out” the financial numbers it seemed to make more sense and a viable way to live in Naples. Just about the time I was about ready to give up, a duplex in Naples of Long Beach, that was completely renovated, was for sale. Shannon worked with the Selling agent and within hours of our first look, we made an offer.
