Bluff Heights

Bluff Heights sits just inland from Bluff Park, running from Broadway north to 4th Street between Junipero and Redondo Avenues. It is a designated historic district known for rows of Craftsman bungalows built mostly between 1910 and 1923, along with larger bungalow mansions by architect Arthur Burnett Benton. The tiny Lowena Drive district adds a storybook touch with its Chateauesque and Tudor Revival homes. Beyond the bungalows, you will find Spanish Colonial Revival, Prairie, and Colonial Revival homes from the 1920s and 1930s, plus multifamily buildings added from the 1960s through the 1980s.
